The accommodation is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a good availability of cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and mugs. The kitchen had all the essentials, including seasoning and eggs and bread in the fridge. Coffee and tea was also available. There is plenty of blankets and pillows available to choose from. The bed in the bedroom is big and so is the sofa bed in the living room. I'd recommend staying at this apartment.
No hair dryer and air con pump in bedroom is not completely done, there is literally a hole in the roof.

The interior of the property is neat, comfortable and met my expectations
The location of the property didn’t feel safe to move around especially at evenings/night due to the junkies around the neighborhood.

La casa estaba recién reformada, muy limpia, muy ordenada y muy bien equipada. Cocina completisima, con condimentos, café, té y otras cosas de cortesía.
Había toallas limpias suficientes y también útiles de baño.
Cama con toda la ropa de cama, varios cojines y muy comoda.
El supermercado y la parada de autobuses estaban muy cerca, a 10 minutos andando.
La anfitriona muy atenta a nuestra llegada.
La ubicación. En la zona habia mucha gente en situación de calle y consumidores de tóxicos, aunque es cierto que en el centro de la ciudad pasa lo mismo.
Otro punto es el aire acondicionado de la habitación, que si bien mantiene una temperatura agradable en toda la casa, da justo todo el chorro de aire en el cabecero de la cama.

Had to call them since the instructions were not very clear.
I had to message them for check in instructions. Their check in timings on the website are wrong. The check in is at 3pm. They should correct it or else it should be considered false advertising.
