Lacked power points , lamps, iron in the room would have been good but owner responded well and bought one to the room

The property is in a great location and is newly refurbished. It had everything I needed.

I was there during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning so it got warm. But they were nice enough to have good fans in the flat for me. Also, the phone access for keys never worked, but the staff at the cafe helped to get me sorted when I arrived.

Чисто, новая сантехника и ремонт, все необходимые технические средства, кроме утюга, оборудованная кухня.

Отсутствует кондиционер. В условиях центра города, нельзя открыть окна - шумно, душно, жарко.

Die Lage ist wirklich top, mitten in der Luzerner Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Deluxe Suite hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Modernes Design, sehr schön eingerichtet und man merkt, dass bei den Details Wert darauf gelegt wurde. Für einen Aufenthalt in Luzern definitiv eine super Adresse. Und zusätzlich, dass Hauseigene Anotr Café >> einfach WOW!

Eigentlich gibt es nicht wirklich etwas, das mich gestört hat. Wenn überhaupt, war der Aufenthalt fast zu kurz. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich definitiv länger bleiben.
