Absolutely lovely young couple own and managed crew . They have done a wonderful job creating this space . They are so pleasant and helpful, I wish them only success in their pursuits. The bunks are sectioned by 2 bunks in each cubical. There is an electric plug and light inside your bunk area with cupboards at the bottom of the bed , clever design 👍 for your cases and bags and a small locker too. A nice duvet cover and pillows. There is a small balcony area to the side. The Aircon is very efficient. Breakfast is cooked as you arrive in the morning in the upstairs eatery, Tea coffee, cereal, egg and toast. There are lots of shops, Caffe and supermarket, within minutes walking distance. Its a quiet area for sleeping, hardly hear anything.
I don't hesitate to recommend crew hostel for a friendly, comfortable and great value for money hostel. One of the best hostels iv been in for sure. Like all mattress in Thailand a bit hard for me , but nothing to spoil my stay.

We stayed here for a week and had a room on the first floor, which I really appreciated for a longer stay. The room was comfortable overall, and our bunk bed was right next to the balcony, which was a nice bonus.
There were two small showers with good water pressure and hot water, and the Wi-Fi worked without any problems.
The room had no window, but personally I actually liked that. It allowed me to sleep according to my own schedule while adjusting to the time difference.
The staff were very kind and friendly. There is also a street restaurant right downstairs that we highly recommend – the food was very good and the lady running it was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely love to stop by again.
The whole area felt safe and trustworthy, and despite a few small issues, we had a pleasant week here.
The room had a slight smell, although it was still comfortable overall.
Toilet paper was not replenished, so I had to buy my own.
The security code on the door handle to the room did not work, meaning that technically anyone could enter. The area felt safe, so I personally didn’t make a big issue of it, but it is definitely something that should be fixed.
Another thing to keep in mind is the location. It is quite far from the city centre, so you either need to be prepared for a long walk or take a Grab.
