Our fifth wheel is an amazing 13-year-old RV. Previously owned by our Uncle and Aunt used about seven times over 13 years. Zero issues with it since new. Scheduled maintenance performed every year even though it wasn't used every year. Features a full kitchen work area with Center Island. Comes with pots and pans, brand new dishes, plastic storage containers, glassware, everything you could need in the kitchen, toaster, crock pot, griddle, George Forman grill, Brand new charcoal grill this year, Brand new fresh sheets for the beds this year. Just bring your clothes and your own food .. Bathroom amenities such as towels, and washcloths are included. (Some people like to provide their own). Four person dining room table three person couch two rocking swivel lounge chairs that recline a queen size bed with a good size closet for hanging clothes and a desk area. Also a five drawer dresser in the bedroom. Full bathroom W/ toilet shower and sink. There is also a place to shower outside (basically a kithen sink spray handle on a hose with hot and cold water, more for like rinsing off muddy children or used for cleaning fish. That type of stuff). . Hot water can be heated on 12 volt or 120V while RV is plugged into an external electrical source at your Campground. One air conditioner in the main quarters &@ one air conditioner in the bedroom for a total of two air conditioners. The furnace works well for those very cool nights. There is a television in the bedroom that can do screen mirroring with a Samsung cell phone. There is an antenna for the TV's. The TV in the livingroom is a smart TV if you have Wi-Fi to log it into. It also has apps installed so that you can stream using your own account. IE Netflix Hulu that kind of stuff.. the bedroom TV can do mirror screening from a Samsung phone. AND use apps. Watch on the TV whatever's on your phone. RV has a full set of steps that fold down out of the door. Making for easy access. This RV gives you all the Comforts of home away from home. You will not be disappointed. We can deliver for you and set it up and pick it up and break it down. Or you can pick it up yourself and set it up yourself if you like.
