We had a great stay at City Wharf overall. The staff was polite, helpful, and quick to respond by phone. The room was also very well located, only about 15 minutes from the city center.
Unfortunately, we experienced some issues during our stay. The main problem was the hot water. Despite several exchanges with the staff, the water remained mostly cold and was only warm occasionally, which made taking showers quite unpleasant.
We also noticed a lack of housekeeping during our five-day stay. There was no access to cleaning supplies, and no member of staff came to clean the room, so dust gradually accumulated and the room was not as clean as we would have expected. We even had to buy our own cleaning supplies to keep the room clean. Our towels were only changed once, and only after we specifically requested it.

Clean, fresh.
Absence of hot water despite multiple requests to rectify. Absence of people / staff to engage with. Absence of reasonable replies from provider or Booking.com given the absence of hot water.
