Absolutely filthy - place needs a deep clean and then some

Good location but that was about it

Absolutely disgusting. Fruit flies, mould, unknown scuff/ dirt marks covering the walls and overall and incredibly unpleasant, unhygienic space. We stayed 3 nights and this is only the start of things, the ac has a constant light that can’t be turned off leading to troubles sleeping, there’s no shower head holder, the area is on the ground floor looking out into a dirty street littered in graffiti with people (mainly drunks) coming and going the entire night. The pictures are incredibly misleading - we were promised a much nicer, colourful area and walked into what can only be described as a padded cell from a mental asylum. White walls, bed, drawers, tables etc, nothing compared to the vibrant atmosphere in the photos. Avoid at all costs. Only positives are that it’s in a relatively central area in Zagreb, issue is, so is every hotel nearby so stay somewhere else!! P.S - I wrote a private message to the property regarding our issues and they proceeded to ignore it for 24 hours!!
