It was a very nice property

It was clean and very comfortable

Decent location and but an old / rundown flat

Decent location in the west end and reasonable price. Responsive hosts on WhatsApp.

There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke and the property could have done with a bit of a refresh (including the shared close). We arrived to a note from the downstairs neighbours saying that there was water coming in from the ceiling in our apartment. We contacted our hosts who handled it, but was a bit of a surprise to arrive to.

AVOID. Only stayed one night of our intended four.

Location. If accommodation had been clean it might have been acceptable, but it was in a dirty unclean state. Owners responded promptly, offered to bring clean sheets but these obviously should have been there upon arrival. Owners claimed they would try to address any issues but didn’t offer to have the flat cleaned, and after such a poor first impression we didn’t have any faith in them addressing these problems. We consistently use booking.com and have never once complained or had issues like this.

Flat was in an unacceptable condition for new guests. Horrible first impression and left after one night when we had booked four. It seemed as if someone was living in the property, and no effort had been made to clean it before the arrival of new guests. Dirty stained bedsheets, dirty smelly bin with used cigarette inside making stench, dirty unclean utensils and glasses and fridge, recently used shower full of hairs, washing machine loaded with wet sheets for duration of stay. Half opened food in freezer. Used toothbrush sitting under sink. Owners blamed this on “new cleaners”. Owners initially claimed they would be reasonable regarding a refund, but later revealed they would only consider refunding any money if someone else rebooked our nights, which was clearly not going to happen.

Incredibly horrible place to stay

Nothing really

Very grubby, the stairs up to the property was filthy, the apartment was very unclean, the bed itself was discussing dirt on the bed it’s self, old grubby pillows, the kitchen area was sticky, the shower doors were broken and wouldn’t close properly, the pull out bed in the sitting room area was broken, the spare quilt for the pull out bed was thrown in the corner of a manky walk in area of the bedroom, it was so bad when we got there on the Friday night we almost paid €300 to book somewhere else to stay, so over all do not stay here, definitely not worth €320,
