Lack of respect

The location is ok, if you only use the up-hill part of the street.

The host is not responsive at all! Worst experience since i m using booking. I needed to reach booking to get in touch with them. They do not answer booking or SMS messages. We booked for 3 people, i saw in the presentation photos that the couch had sheets and was arranged as a bed. I get there, only 2 towels, no sheets for the couch, which by the way was not cleaned.. we found nails 🤢 where it folds. Overall such a shame because the unit is new, but not cleaned properly.. just as the other review, we could not get the wifi pass and there s poor signal in the building. I contacted them again to ask for the sheets for the 3rd person and to ask if this room was actually cleaned and they offered the room on the 2nd floor. I moved there, but i had to take the sheets from the other room, because there were also none for the couch… overall a sour experience

Bella esperienza a Bruxelles

La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata: nella casa sono presenti cucina con piastra a induzione, microonde e frigo con freezer. La camera era dorata di un letto matrimoniale grande con un materasso nuovo e un divano letto che diventa un letto da una piazza e mezzo. Il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, in tre ci siamo stati benissimo. La casa è situata in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti, la metro a 5 minuti di distanza, vicinanza di supermercati e ristoranti. Il centro città si raggiunge facilmente con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. La zona essendo un po' periferia gode di tranquillità.

Premetto che siamo pienamente soddisfatti dei servizi offerti dalla struttura e che ciò che scrivo è a titolo di consiglio. La scala era stretta e ripida, è bene farlo presente a chi prenota, soprattutto quando si assegna il terzo piano. Fuoriesce molta acqua quando si usa la doccia, probabilmente vi siete dimenticati di sigillarla dall' interno.

Estaba en obras, olía mal, había ruidos por la noche, almohadas muy duras, caldera dentro de la habitación, la cama sonaba mucho, había muchos borrachos y drogadictos en las calles de al lado
