House offers outdoor areas for grilling or gather around the fire pit for a relaxing evening. There is a charcoal grill on location available for use. House is located directly across from public boat ramp and with direct water access on rear of the house. fun can be had any time of the year! House features a large front and rear yard with plenty of space for parking. 4 Kayaks are available upon request. Boats are not for renters use.
