We offer free WIFI, washer and dryer, steamer, internet TV, arcade gaming system (3000 games), board games, foosball and pool table.
Netflix included.
Individual furnace with separate thermostat.
No A/C, fans are provided. It’s a cool walk out basement.
No smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises ( $300 penalties/ assessed per situation.
A $80 pets fee/per stay. ( 2 pets maximum)
No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight.
***No parting and events ( You will be asked to leave)
This home is located on a quiet street and all our neighbors are very friendly. We work hard to keep everyone happy. Please be respectful of the noise level and be courteous of neighbors around you. Quiet time at 10pm.
**There are security cameras outside the house ( definitely not inside of the unit). This is your safety and property’s safety.
