Cosy holiday home located at Kongsnæs Beach, approx. 225 metres from the coast, where you can swim from the bathing jetty. The area is adjacent to Stubbekøbing, one of Denmark's oldest and most charming market towns with its well-preserved beautiful houses, a charming marina and a small ferry that sails to Bogø. From Bogø, it is only a few minutes to Møn, where you can see artisans, the miniature castle Liselund or possibly take a walk at Møns Klint. The beautiful nature of Nordfalster can be enjoyed on a drive or bike ride, where it would be a good idea to stop by the small idyllic fishing village of Hesnæs, where fresh fish is landed daily and can be purchased directly from the fishing boats. A short distance away is the beautiful golf course at Virket (Falster Golf Club). The holiday home's kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, electric stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and washing machine. The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the last with bunk beds. All rooms have a smart TV with Chromecast. The holiday home also has a loft, which is equipped with lots of board games and is a really cosy area for children and the young at heart. The living room has a smart TV and wireless internet, as well as a wood-burning stove that creates cosiness and warmth on cold days. From the living room, you can walk straight out onto the wooden terrace and enjoy the sun in the garden furniture, and when it's time to cook, you can do so on the charcoal grill. The house is located on a natural plot of 846 m2, so there is plenty of space for play and fun. And remember, it's only about 225 metres to Grøndsund. No rentals to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
