Welcome to Cordes Cabin! An updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway nestled in the forested beauty of Greer, AZ. Just 10 minutes from Greer Village and 15 minutes from Sunrise Ski Resort, this cozy cabin features new floors, appliances, showers, and fresh paint. Enjoy forest views, a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, games, a smart TV, laundry facilities, and plenty of space for the whole family. No pets. No smoking. Parking for two vehicles.
This recently updated 1,918 sq ft home blends rustic charm with modern convenience. Renovations include new flooring, paint, showers, and appliances.
The spacious living room features a large sectional with a full-size pull-out sleeper, an electric fireplace, board games, and a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. The dining area seats 6–8, with an additional desk for remote work. The adjacent eat-in kitchen includes a gas range, oven, small appliances, and cookware.
Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: California king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
Guest Room 1: Queen bed.
Guest Room 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed.
All rooms include closets and dressers. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower and a single vanity. A full laundry room is available.
Note: The cabin does not have air conditioning, but Greer's cool climate and nighttime temps keep it comfortable year-round.
