Welcome to our spacious, pet-friendly home in Berea—just minutes from downtown Greenville! Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood off White Horse Rd, our home features a fully privacy-fenced yard, outdoor fire pit, and comfortable beds for a relaxing stay. Perfect for families or groups w/ pets. We take great pride in hosting and can’t wait to welcome you!
This two story home is located right off of White Horse Rd in Berea. We have a fully fenced in backyard with a wooden privacy fence, fire pit, and lots of yard space.
We offer a full kitchen stocked with all the amenities and appliances you're looking for. Full sized fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, French press, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc. Dining room table seats 4 and island counter seats 3.
The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed, luxury bedding, blinds and curtains, a TV, a his & hers vanity, full sized tub and separate tiled shower, and a private toilet. Small closet for storage, however, we do not offer access to the locked owners closet.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, luxury bedding, blinds and curtain, and closet space.
The third bedroom has a Queen and a Twin XL bunk bed with luxury bedding and blinds.
The second bathroom has a bath tub and shower.
PETS:
- Pets must be on the reservation.
- Our pet fee is fine for 2 pets total. Additional pets must seek written approval from the host.
- We ask that pets do not sleep on the bed unless you bring your own sheets to cover our bedding.
- Any damage from a pet is the guest's responsibility
- Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of
**No Garage Access for Guests** Guests park in the front driveway, space for 2-6 cars.
We have a small screened in back porch with two outdoor chairs. There are steps going into our spacious, fenced backyard.
Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
