Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, our home offers an abundance of space and privacy:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, private en suite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, private en suite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The Bonus Entertainment Room: A massive lounge featuring a jaw-dropping 220" home theater screen for ultimate movie nights. This room is equipped with one full-size bed.
Bathrooms: Two full en suite bathrooms upstairs, plus two convenient half-bathrooms located throughout the home.

We've set up the ultimate space for family bonding and epic game nights:
Theater Room Gaming: Attached to the 220" home theater screen, we are leaving our Nintendo Switch loaded with family favorites like Mario Kart, Mario Party, and Super Smash Bros.
Tabletop Games: We also provide a selection of classic card games and board games for tech-free fun.
What We Provide (Amenities & Comforts)
We want your transition to be seamless, so the home comes fully equipped with everything you need to settle in right away:
In-Unit Laundry: A full-size 2-in-1 washer dryer are located inside the townhouse.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Complete with cookware, dinnerware, silverware, and essential appliances for home-cooked meals.
Starter Essentials: We will do our best to provide a starter supply of basic toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner) and household necessities (dish soap, laundry pods) to kickstart your stay.
Baby Essentials (Available Upon Request): Traveling with a little one? Save the luggage space! Let us know ahead of time and we can happily provide a Pack 'n Play, a bassinet, stroller, and baby toys.
Parking: Full access to a private, secure two-car garage, along with additional shared outdoor community parking spaces.

Forget fighting traffic! Our townhouse sits directly on key local transit lines, offering effortless public transportation:
Disneyland Resort: A direct 30-minute ride via the #45 bus.
Anaheim Packing House: A quick 12-minute ride via the #47 bus.
Knott’s Berry Farm: A 28-minute ride via the #38 bus.
Important Disclosures & House Rules
Because this is our cherished family home that we only list during the summer while visiting relatives, we ask our guests to respect a few guidelines:
Noise Note: The unit boasts beautiful, expansive views of a large neighborhood dog park. However, please note that we are located on a busy street; if you are highly sensitive to traffic sounds, it can get a little noisy during peak hours.
No Smoking: The entire property is strictly smoke-free.
Shoes Off: We kindly request that all guests remove their shoes before heading up to the second floor. We have young children and want to keep the carpets sanitary for them.
Guest access
The entire home is yours! We just kindly ask that you keep it smoke-free and remove your shoes inside to help keep the floors clean for our children.
