All units are directly on the ocean with private balconies. A full complement of kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and TV and internet in each unit. Covered parking with gated entry. A comfortable living area provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from your balcony. New Smyrna Beach has miles of beautiful beach to walk on, ride a bike, or just relax in the Sun. Amenities offered are a sauna, shuffleboard, and a heated pool. A public shared grill is available at the poolside with plenty of deck space. Steps from a private complex gate provide access directly to the seashore.
