Set on 3 acres, this freshly updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage has plenty of room to walk the dog, let the kids run, or just enjoy some outdoor space of your own. The house is clean, tight, and move-in ready: brand-new beds and mattresses in both bedrooms, fresh paint throughout, and a newly remodeled bathroom. The kitchen has a new stove and microwave, plus a fridge in good working condition. New washer and dryer are on-site for laundry during your stay. Cooling is handled by three window AC units — one in each bedroom and a larger unit in the main living area — so every room stays comfortable. A dedicated little workspace nook makes this a solid option for remote work too, backed by Spectrum high-speed WiFi.
