The home features one private bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, plus two sets of bunk beds in the adjacent living area. A daybed in the sitting area of the large open kitchen provides additional sleeping space.
The spacious, open kitchen and gathering areas make it easy to spend time together, while the private porch and large outdoor area give everyone plenty of room to spread out.
Outside, enjoy beautiful Hill Country and ranch views, plenty of space for children to play, and even our resident donkeys in their fenced pasture. River access is just around the corner, making it easy to spend your days swimming, kayaking, fishing or simply relaxing along the Guadalupe.
There is no owner or property manager living on site, so guests can enjoy a private, independent stay. We are available by phone or message if assistance is needed.
