Our home is in a secured, peaceful residential complex and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment.

This property is available in both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom configurations. If you’re viewing the 1-bedroom listing, one bedroom will be prepared for your stay while the second bedroom will remain securely locked and unoccupied. If you require additional sleeping space, we invite you to book our 2-bedroom option, which provides access to both bedrooms while still offering exclusive use of the entire apartment.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay. A spacious bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom is prepared for your use, while the second bedroom remains securely locked and unavailable. All other amenities; including the kitchen, living room, dining area, patio, and bathrooms; are yours to enjoy.

Complimentary on-site parking.

For guests staying for a week (7 nights) or more, we provide complimentary cleaning once a week (at your request); to ensure the place is refreshed for our guests and to help maintain the space.

As your host, it is my mission to make your stay the most memorable experience. I am available 24/7. All of our contacts will be included in our House Manual located in the Living Room.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests (not including infants). Only registered guests may enter the unit. Please notify the host of any visitors. A USD $50 fee (per day) per unregistered guest will apply if they are present after 10:00 PM.

No Smoking
Smoking in the unit or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a USD $250 cleaning fee.

No Parties
Absolutely no parties should be hosted in the apartment or on the compound, this is a direct violation of the strata rules.

Quiet Hours
The complex prides itself on being a quiet community, please help us to keep noise levels down during your stay. Quiet hours should be observed between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, loud music, and yelling are not allowed.

Washer & Dryer
The use of the washer and dryer comes at an additional cost to USD$ 50.

Furniture Care
Kindly avoid placing hot items on the bed/bedroom furniture. We have taken great care to provide an iron and ironing board for usage during your stay.
Please do not rearrange the furniture in the apartment.

Dress Code
All guests and visitors must be fully clothed in common areas and on the balcony. Skinny dipping in the pool is strictly prohibited.

Energy Conservation
Please turn off all lights, switches, appliances and air conditioning units when leaving the apartment or when not in use. Ensure windows are closed when the AC is on.
This helps to keep our energy costs down and our rates reasonable.

Clothes Drying
Hanging clothes from the balcony is not allowed.

Special Requests
Services such as daily cleaning or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Guests may be charged for any damaged or missing items in the apartment.

Policy on Violations
Non-compliance with these rules may result in cancellation without a refund.
