Located on the third floor, this condo offers peaceful courtyard and pool views from a private balcony. Please note that this building does not have elevators, making it best suited for guests who are comfortable using stairs.

Parking Information



Parking passes are purchased directly through the resort security gate upon arrival.

• $20 per vehicle, per week



October 1 – April 30

• $20 per vehicle, per reservation



Parking passes must remain displayed on your rearview mirror at all times while parked on the property. Lost passes will require the purchase of a replacement.



Bike Week Information



Trailers are only permitted during official Bike Week events and may not exceed 18 feet in length.



Bike Week fees (paid directly at the gate by credit card only):



• Vehicle pulling trailer: $20

• Trailer (maximum 18 feet): $100

• Each motorcycle: $20



Important Information



• Third-floor condo (stairs required; no elevator)

• Sleeps up to 4 guests

• Minimum booking age is 23

• Parking fees are collected by the resort upon arrival

• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony

• No cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, THC products, or illegal substances permitted anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony

• Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and HOA fines
