About this house rental
An architect's A-frame alone on eight hilltop acres, with the Pedernales River at the bottom of the property. Walls of glass onto the Hill Country, a hot tub on the deck, and dark enough at night to actually stargaze. Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps six. About nine minutes from Main Street, with the Highway 290 wineries a short drive west. Dogs welcome.
The house is an A-frame, so the main living space opens straight up to the gable window and the view. There are stairs inside, worth knowing if anyone in your group would rather avoid them.
Outside there's a deck with the hot tub, a private patio and an outdoor dining area. The eight acres run downhill toward the Pedernales, with no neighbors in sight and no road noise.
Inside: a full kitchen, a dedicated workspace, a washer, and a bathtub in one of the two baths.
