Guests enjoy two cozy bedrooms upstairs, each with 2-twin beds, plus a soothing living room that offers 360 degree views of the gulf and it's tributaries. Screened in porch upstairs perfect for lounging with a cocktail or cup of coffee. The house features two bathrooms with refreshing showers, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round, whether you prefer cool air or gentle warmth. Bright and inviting, this delightful home provides a relaxing retreat for friends or family. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Downstairs features two docks and plenty of parking for two boats, two trucks and trailers. Boat lift is NOT available for guests. Nice gravel boat launch for provided kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Huge fire pit for cozy memories to be made. Dock features fish cleaning station.Minutes from the Ozello Park boat ramp, Pecks Old Port Cove Restaurant, Island Outpost and BackWater Fins Restaurant. Downstairs features mini kitchen and dining area and a twin bed for an extra guest with screened in porch featuring corn hole, outdoor and indoor dining area and propane grill. This waterfront retreat has everything you need and more. Come for the weekend or stay for awhile. It's at the very end of Ozello Trail and worth the drive. Just the drive alone you will see eagles, kingfishers, egrets, heron's and so much of Old Florida. It's a laid back lifestyle you have to experience at least once in your lifetime.
