This home offers a cargo lift for groceries and luggage.
Start your mornings on the huge screened-in front porch, where gentle coastal breezes and panoramic water views create the perfect setting for coffee and quiet reflection. Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is warm and inviting, ideal for gathering after a day on the water.
When entering the home there you are welcomed to an open living room and dining room. The chef's kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with a Viking gas oven and ample space for preparing fresh coastal meals. Just off the kitchen, a spacious laundry room provides convenience and leads to a cozy sunroom. The sunroom connects to a unique bunk suite layout—two bunk rooms joined by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower —making it a wonderful setup for kids.
The primary suite features a queen bed and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is handicap accessible. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo for added privacy. An additional bonus room serves as a waterfront office—ideal for those who may need to catch up on work while still enjoying the tranquil scenery.
This house is just less than 2 miles from Sam's Point boat launch, and there is plenty of space to park a boat trailer at the house.
For ease of access, the home is equipped with a lift elevator.
