Entertainment



Four Roku smart TVs stream your favorite apps throughout the home - 65" in the living room, 60" and 32" in the upstairs bedrooms, and a 50" in the main floor bedroom. A vintage gaming system lives in the kitchen/dining area alongside a small TV - no streaming needed, just old-school fun. Foosball table, chess/checkerboard, and a full library round out the indoor entertainment lineup.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully loaded for real cooking - think coffee maker, blender, mixer, full cookware set with stockpot, saucepan, and frying pan, plus baking pans, a knife block, and all the utensils you need to cook for a crowd. Grilling utensils are stocked alongside the propane grill outside. A kids' eating and drink set is on hand for the little ones. The dishwasher makes cleanup painless.



Technology



Four smart TVs throughout the home all run Roku with streaming apps. WiFi is powered by Blue Ridge internet with an eero router in the living room and an extender in the upstairs left bedroom - solid coverage across both floors.

Fire up the propane grill and eat al fresco. Road salt and a snow shovel are stocked for winter arrivals, so you won't be caught off guard by an early-season storm.

Community Amenities



The Summit sits within the Northridge at Camelback HOA community. A community tennis court is available at the HOA building on Quail Lane. Community dumpster is located on Camelback Drive, across from the HOA building on Quail Lane - easy access for trash during your stay.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



Parking for 2 vehicles in the paved parking area. An overflow lot is available on Camelback Drive, directly across from the HOA building on Quail Lane, for additional vehicles. Community tennis court access is included with your stay.



Guest Access:

The Summit offers self check-in for a smooth, flexible arrival. Your host is available to help with any questions during your stay and is just a message away - responsive without being intrusive. GPS routes accurately to the property.

Tannersville puts you right at the foot of Camelback Mountain, with some of the Poconos' biggest draws just minutes from your door. Whether you're chasing powder, waterslides, or a quiet hike, The Summit drops you exactly where you want to be.

- Not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations - 3 steps to the front porch, approximately 15 steps to the second floor

- No smoking on the property

- Steep and narrow roads - use caution, especially in winter conditions

- 4WD not required but highly recommended for winter stays, drive carefully in snow and ice

- HOA community rules apply - be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours

- No RVs or trailers permitted

- Wood-burning fireplace - CO detector is present and operational

- Garbage disposal is currently out-of-order

In compliance with our HOA requirements, we kindly request that the primary guest be at least 25 years old. For groups that include guests under 25, we ask that parents or adults aged 25 and above make up the majority of the group. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!



Important HOA Check-in Requirements

To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete the HOA check-in form upon booking or no later than 4 days before arrival. Include:

Full guest list: full name of everyone staying.

Vehicle info: make, model, color, and license plate for each vehicle entering the community.

Please double check your submission, incomplete info may delay registration and check-in.

If Your Plans Change

If anything changes after submitting (guests, vehicle, license plate, or travel plans), please let us know at least 1 day before check-in, or as soon as possible, so we can update your HOA registration in time.
