Bliss Point Ranch FM 17 Farmhouse boasts two levels of beautiful independent living space. Each with it’s own beauty and charm. Whether it’s hiking the trails, or antiquing at first Monday, this is the place for you. We are offering the whole house for the price of one level. If you are an individual, a couple, or large family or group, your stay here will be full of peace and joy.
The space
The Farm House at Bliss Point Ranch FM -17 sits on 30+ acres of land. With many trails to explore and a fishing pond. We are 7 minutes from Canton and the world famous First Monday Trade Days, and only 35 minutes away from Lake Fork reservoir - one of the greatest bass fishing destinations in the country. Also boasting one of the states best double digit bass fishing lakes, we are 10 minutes from Mill Creek Reservoir ( behind Walmart in Canton). It will be a blessing for us to host you at Bliss Point Ranch FM-17 Farmhouse!

This is a two story house with independent living spaces on each floor. The upper level and lower level are complete living spaces. The entire house will be rented to one party. The main entrance to this property is off of FM-17 and not county road 1206. You will see a large overhead that says Bliss Point Ranch FM-17. ( see picture in listing)
Other things to note
For those extreme east Texas weather days we have an indoor safe room/storm shelter.
Hiking, fishing and exploring the property are at your own risk! This is a wooded property with lots of wildlife. Enjoy the deer, stay away from the snake's and poison ivy. We are not liable for injury or death. If exploring please stay on cut trails. Thank you! ( I've never seen a snake here , but I'm sure they're around, and I need to give a warning just in case):)
