Within four miles of downtown Florissant and close to Florissant Fossil Beds, Eleven Mile State Park (fly fishing), the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and Hackett Gulch Trailhead, it's a prime base for outdoor adventure.
The three-story home features an inviting family room with comfy seating, a large smart TV with streaming, endless books, a wet bar with mini-fridge and Keurig, and a Nintendo Switch for the competitors, plus a dedicated kids' room with board games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The setting is absolutely beautiful, nestled in the stunning Colorado landscape and offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.The home was exceptionally clean and well cared for, and it provided all the amenities our group needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to work with and maintained excellent communication throughout the process, responding quickly whenever we had a question.Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this property again on a future trip. Highly recommended!

The home was perfect for our trip. The house is laid out great for our group. Some small minor issues that didn’t interfere with us enjoying ourselves and it was an overall enjoyable stay.

Very roomy. Able to cook all meals there. Kitchen stocked well. Surrounding was beautiful, starry skies and wildlife. Overall very comfortable. No closet space for guests to hang up clothing. Some updating needed. Minor repairs needed.
