Very clean. On the canal. Our friend/family group enjoyed the property very much and had a relaxing vacation. We had one issue with the TV and the owners were very gracious and came out and fixed it quickly.

Nice location. Pool was perfect and the living area was spacious enough for the 8 of us to eat and hangout without being cramped.

I had a great time with my family. The home was beautiful and relaxing. My granddaughters loved spending time in the pool. Having all the extra pool and beach supplies was an added bonus. Looking forward to next year.

House was as described but your certainly paying for the fact your on a canal at the north end. Pool is nice and heated more than others on the island so it made up for not having a hot tub.The property itself is lacking maintenance from the property manager. One of the bathroom doors always popped open luckily there was a sliding door to also close. The bathtub drain needed to be propped open otherwise it wouldn’t drain. Bugs were constantly getting in the house probably from some of the screens not fitting the windows appropriately, when we arrived it looked like the counters hadn’t been clean because bugs were all over it. I’ve never been at a rental that didn’t have cleaning solution so I couldn’t disinfect them. Microwave only worked if you slammed the door vs trying to close it quietly to not wake people up. The water level was low at the dock so no easy access to rent and use kayaks but we knew that might be an issue going into this property.
