New Container Home! 1.5 from Miami, 1hr from West Palm Beach, 1hr from Naples, 1 hr from ft Myers ans 2.5 from Orlando
You have 3 options. I am the owner and gone away. My neighbors take care the grass and chickens.
This property is not currently managed by noone. Self check in. You have 3 options:
1. all container but my master bedroom and master bathroom, half of the container for 4 single people (2 bunked beds)
2. A one single bed or bunked bed sleeps 2
3. if you have a trailer rv I can give you parking and connect you for long term available only.
$25 plus taxes is per person & per night just sheets a clean bed and one shared bathroom. you must clean remove trash and sheets leave them on top of washer, leave it clean. cleaning fee is 45
to use laundry $5 pay there
tesla charging $50 full charge
option 2: 2 Bunked Beds (bb) Sleep 4. BB on the hall w/curtains & BB in the private pocket door bedroom.
Could or not (based on demand) have a roommante to share the bathroom.
Parking, Laundry could be added for extra at arrival.

Montura Ranch is Located in the middle of Florida, close to Lake Ockechobee, perfect for fishing, water sports & outdoor living. Peaceful & chickens.
There are chickens and a cat that sometime needs to be fed in trade of fresh eggs, saving the neighbor to come over.
No wifi, No TV. Sorry country life is to disconnect and connect with nature.
there are no lockers but cameras in the house and outside except of course none on the bedrooms and bathroom obvious privacy reasons. my master bed and bath is out of rental pool and the cameras helps me to see novody access to the right wing of the container.
no smoking vapping drugs clutter dirt free place.
