Experience history by staying in the only 12th-century tower in Bologna currently available for short-term stays. A unique experience that combines the authentic charm of history with modern comforts. On the top floor, you’ll find a sun deck with a shower and a 360° view of the city, the hills of Bologna, and iconic landmarks such as the Basilica of San Francesco and the tombs of the founders of the oldest university in the Western world. A reserved parking space in the immediate vicinity is included with your stay.
The space is spread over 3 floors.
On the first floor is the living room with an open kitchen, equipped with various appliances. Here you’ll find a table made of centuries-old wood and design elements such as the Flos floor lamp.
The living room leads to the guest bathroom and the master bedroom, which features a double bed (160x200 cm), an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in closet, and a laundry area. The master bedroom features a 70-inch Sony TV.
The living room also provides access to the Portanova Tower, where the other three bedrooms are located.
The first bedroom in the tower features the second double bed (160x190 centimeters), overlooking the interior of Via Portanova.
In the second bedroom, which has a full bathroom (with a shower), there are two single beds (90x200 centimeters), and the window offers a unique view of the medieval rooftops of Bologna’s historic center.
The top floor of the tower is located on the third and final level. This room features two single beds (90x200 centimeters).
The third floor also features a second kitchen, perfect for preparing dinners and lunches outdoors on the sun deck, which offers a 360-degree view and an outdoor shower. Here, you can relax on the lounge chairs and outdoor sofas.
Every room is equipped with a TV with access to various streaming platforms and air conditioning.
