A tide clock in the cottage as you venture to the beach, knowing hours left between tides. 2 bedrooms one queen bed and 2 twin beds, iron and iron board and a unit to hang few items up or use shelves to sort clothes, space for suitcase or bags at bottom, beach towels to use during your stay, fully equipped bathroom with essentials radiant heat in floor during colder month stays, locally made body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soap, glass shower doors has built in seat in shower with multifunction shower head. TV with comfortable seating, games and books, and comfortable kitchen seating for 4, no pets allowed. Special smoke detectors and fire extinguisher on site as well as first aid kit, wifi on site.
