Bright and airy throughout, this 4-bedroom bayfront home on Cape San Blas is the perfect coastal escape. Step through the double doors onto the porch, where a swinging bed invites lazy afternoons and unbeatable stargazing at night.
Wake up to water views, then take an easy 5–8 minute stroll to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf for a day of relaxing and shell collecting. Enjoy easy access to scalloping, or bring your water sandals and take a short walk to the sandbar just off our dock. Roast marshmallows or hot dogs at the outdoor fire pit. Our 475-foot dock comes equipped with deck chairs, a fishing table, and a sink. Kayaks and life vests on kayak stand. You’re just minutes from T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and the huge Olympic-size pool at Rish State Park. Enclosed outdoor shower. A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook up fresh Gulf seafood after a day of adventure. Just in case of late afternoon rain: TVs in every bedroom and the livingroom, plus board games and puzzles.
