This unique home is set high up on a hill and has a large deck with outstanding views of town, Kodiak's bustling fishing port, snow-capped mountains & the ocean.
This is the perfect place to read, relax or enjoy your coffee/glass of wine on sunny Kodiak days.
The relaxed breeze from the ocean, the unique views, bald eagles or deer in your yard create a truly restful wilderness retreat.
Who knows you may even spot a Kodiak brown bear!

Unfortunately we did not even stay at the property because the Ferry from Homer broke down on the day we were to go. Although the time for a refund had passed Robert was very responsive and helpful and was able to give us a full refund. I would and will stay at this place if we ever get a chance to go to Kodiak Island again
