Cleanliness, Comfort, pet friendly, and location
I got there at the check in time, had to wait half an hour for my room to be cleaned. Door to my room was left opened while they cleaned, many insects were in my room because of it, and the TV never worked.

Friendly attentive staff, close proximity to the beach and sundries, an old school pool Johnny Weissmuller probably swam in.
The lemon scented air fresher, barking dogs in some rooms, people smoking cigarettes in the parking lot.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and newly renovated. The bed was as comfortable. We arrived early and called to see if we could park onsite, they offered to check to see if the room was ready and it was. He pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it. We really liked the location. Short walk to the beach / boardwalk and there were several restaurants around the corner. We were also able to walk to sunset beach which had a playground.
The room and bathroom were small. It was difficult for 2 people to move around in the room at the same time, but we really didn’t mind considering the customer service, cleanliness and location, it was well worth the price.
