At 1,617 sq ft this is one of the largest condos in the area, and as a corner end unit it gets light on three sides. Cathedral ceilings throughout, tile in the main living areas, and an open kitchen-living-dining layout that doesn't feel like a condo.
The screened lanai runs the full width of the unit and looks out over a quiet dead-end street and mature oaks. There's a second balcony off the third bedroom overlooking the pool.
