Welcome to our beautiful 3-bed detached home in McKenzie Towne, designed with a modern beach-house feel and families and friends in mind. Located in a peaceful, family-friendly community. Within walking distance to Shoppers Drug Mart, and a short drive from Shopping Centres like 130 Ave SE, grocery stores, Spruce Meadows, the YMCA, South Health Hospital, Cineplex, + many buzzing restaurants and bars. Located just off Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail, making it easy to get to the mountains.
The space
With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gorgeous chef's kitchen, cozy living room with a 65" Smart TV and fireplace, private home office, stunning dining room and a massive peaceful south-facing backyard, there’s plenty of room to relax, gather and enjoy your stay. You will stay nice and cool as the property is fully equipped with CENTRAL A/C.
The home comfortably sleeps 6, with room for 1–2 little ones who can share an existing bed and/or use the Pack ’n Play. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, upstairs laundry, FREE access Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ on both the living room tv and large tv in the primary bedroom, plus a huge private RV parking pad.

Guest access
