Volledig zelfvoorzienend, entreecode voor de sleutel. Fijne keuken, zeer behulpzame host, fijn balkon, mogelijkheid zwembad te gebruiken. Vrijheid van de locatie. Veel ruimte in het appartement. Een soort app van de eigenaar met alle regels en tips. Komt ook nog op papier heb ik begrepen.
Stemmen hoorbaar in de werkruimte ernaast, niet echt hinderlijk maar ik ben geluidssensitief. Dieren actief boven de plafonds in de avond en nacht. Er komt een nieuw dak dus dat is dan hopelijk over. Trap is wat stijl en geen ondersteuning, Boven is de ruimte minder geschikt voor al te lange mensen. Geen gordijnen o.i.d. in de kleine raampjes van de slaapkamer.

Het is een erg net en compleet huisje met een fijne keuken en woonkamer. Het huisje ligt op een mooie plek.
Mijn motor was wat lastig parkeren omdat de parkeerplaats op een helling is. Maar dat is niet echt erg. Meer minpunten kan ik niet opnoemen.

Die Unterkunft von Mikel hat uns durch ihren Charme beeindruckt. Auf 2 Etagen hat dieses kleine Apartment alles, was es braucht für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Selbst bei einem Regentag lässt sich die Zeit dort gut verbringen. Alles sehr modern und neu. Ein gemütliches Sofa, die Küche hochwertig, Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Liebe dekoriert. Den Parkplatz quasi vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Mikel war sehr wertschätzend von Anfang bis Ende.
Wir hätten uns in der Küche ein paar Gewürze, etwas Kaffee und Wasser gewünscht, aber das haben wir Mikel schon persönlich gesagt und das will er umsetzen.
