Please realize Rancho Emperador is a working ranch. One of the ranch partners will come by in the morning to let the chickens out of their coops. Noel will need access to the outdoor kitchen area to get chicken, horse and cattle feed. Noel knows everything about the ranch, so don’t hesitate to ask questions. Sometimes our guest will open and close chicken coops for us morning and evening. Also, guests are encouraged to get their own fresh eggs out of the chicken coops in the morning.

You may walk the full 30 acres on the ranch. To date our cows, horses, donkeys and bulls have been friendly. Enter animal areas at your own risk. Never let children explore without supervision. (Please)

Check out before 12;00 noon.
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
