Please note that guests must purchase amenity passes separately to access and enjoy the community’s recreational facilities and activities (indoor & outdoor pool, beach, lakes, tennis & basketball courts). Amenity passes are not included in the reservation price.

For your convenience, amenity passes can be purchased in advance (we'll send a link), at the Emerald Lakes Community Office, or by scanning the QR code provided inside our home.

Check out after 11am / Late check-out may be available upon request and for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance for approval.

Any additional overnight guest must be approved by the host in advance and may be subject to an additional guest fee.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be respectful of our neighbors and community.

Parking outside property not permitted ($50 fine).

Guests are not permitted to access the basement and outdoor shed. These areas are reserved for owner use and will remain locked during your stay.

Fireworks are not permitted on the property. A $500 fine will apply for any violation.

Please do not leave any food, garbage, or food-related items outside, as they may attract bears and other wildlife.

A grill and propane tank are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the propane tank if needed during their stay. They can be refilled at Walmart or gas station $15.
Please turn off the propane after each use and follow all grill safety instructions.

Please do not move or take any indoor furniture outside, including chairs, tables, or other furnishings.
