Escape to a bright, fully furnished 4BR/3BA pool home in gated Tucker's Cove at Babcock Ranch - America's first solar-powered town, and one of the few places in Southwest Florida that kept its lights on through Hurricane Ian.
THE HOME
Open great room, chef's kitchen, and a king primary suite. Four bedrooms sleep eight: a king, two queens, a twin bunk with a pull-out, and a fourth queen. Three full baths. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace for anyone still working. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Everything is turnkey - bring a suitcase.
OUTSIDE
A private screened pool and spa, a cedar sauna, and a full outdoor kitchen looking out over a quiet lake view. The lanai is where guests end up spending most of their time.
THE COMMUNITY
Tucker's Cove residents and their guests get the full amenity center - lazy river, water slide, resort pool, luau beach, fitness center, sport courts, dog park and clubhouse. Included with the home, not an add-on.
Babcock Ranch itself is the reason most guests come back. Founder's Square is the center of town: restaurants, live music, a Sunday farmers market. Miles of walking and biking trails connect everything, and it's a golf-cart town, so the car mostly stays parked.
