Inside, the open‑concept layout and 14‑ft ceilings make the 700 sq. ft. cottage feel bright and spacious. The kitchen features full‑size Samsung appliances, an island with seating for four, and all the essentials needed to cook a full meal. There is no food disposal - please do not flush food or grease down the kitchen drain. Custom soft‑close cabinets help keep little fingers safe. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, where you’ll find a 50" Roku TV, comfortable seating, and dog blankets for your furry companion.

Bedroom 1 sleeps four and includes:
Twin‑over‑full bunk bed, pull‑out twin trundle,
step‑style access to the top bunk (no ladder),
built‑in storage drawers and a closet with additional storage. Comfortable seating, Roku TV, and blackout shades complete the space.

Bedroom 2 provides a queen retreat and includes: Queen solid wood bed with a comfortable mattress and bedding, bedside table with charging ports, lamp, Roku TV and a full-length view mirror. Local Rockport photography, closet storage, a blackout shade and an exit door to the backyard complete the space.

Access the full bathroom from the queen retreat through a barn door, or from the living area. Bathroom amenities are provided which includes: Towels for up to 6 guests, shower/tub combination, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, single sink vanity, hand soap and lotion by Public Goods; TP, odor eliminator spray, step stool, and a light-filtering privacy shade.

A convenient half bath includes: Commode and single sink vanity, hand towels, hand soap, TP, odor eliminator spray, and a potty training seat stored under the sink.

A dedicated laundry room offers: Front-loading washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets, cordless vacuum, Swiffer dust broom and broom/dustpan, which are available for guest use.

The back exterior of the cottage provides an enclosed, fenced backyard with gate access from both sides. The yard is a combination of sand and grass.

Parking

Free parking for 2 vehicles (no boats).

Spot 1: Left side of the cottage, between the blue one.

Spot 2: Directly in front of the cottage, parallel to the porch.

Please do not park on or block the main development road.

WiFi & Connectivity

WiFi details are shared upon check-in.
The Spectrum system includes battery and power backup, allowing internet access during power interruptions or Spectrum outages. Please do not unplug or tamper with the WiFi router system. WiFi must remain intact for the duration of your stay.

TV & Entertainment

Roku streaming TVs are included in both bedrooms and the living area with a separate remote for each one. Guest Mode is recommended to use so you can add apps and sign in using your own account credentials. Bring your login information for your favorite apps! Your credentials will be automatically removed from the TV on the checkout date specified. To enable Guest Mode, simply navigate to Settings > Guest Mode.

Air Conditioning/Heating

The cottage includes 3 high-performance mini-split cooling/heating systems; 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the kitchen/living space. Each system has an individual remote to control the system only in that space. The remote for the kitchen/living area is mounted by the front door. The remotes for the bedrooms are mounted by the wall light outlets.
