Upon entering this open-concept one story ranch home, you’ll walk into the living room with large, plush sectional that is comfortable enough to enjoy a relaxing afternoon nap on but large enough to accommodate the whole family for movie night on the 58” smart TV, equipped with all major streaming services to use with your own logins, as well as an included live tv feature and music channels. There is a closet next to the front door that has beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, a beach mat, beach umbrella and a wagon for your family beach outings! This is also where the towels are located that can be used for the pool or the beach.



The living room opens to the nicely updated kitchen designed to be the heart of the home where everyone can gather, featuring tons of open counter space and counter seating for 6, a separate coffee bar featuring a Kuerig coffee maker and coffee tray including k-cups, creamers and sugars for your morning caffeine fix, as well as a built in wine fridge. You will find all of the cooking essentials and dishes you will need to make wonderful meals at home. Including a refrigerator with filtered water inside and an automatic ice maker to keep those drinks cold, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, electric stove and built in microwave. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, sanitizing wipes, garbage bags, and basic cleaning supplies provided and located under the kitchen sink.



The kitchen leads into the dining room featuring a 6 person dining table and a Foosball table ready for some exciting matches! You’ll also find two sliding doors leading to the backyard which allows for ample amounts of natural light in the home. To the right of the dining room you’ll find the master suite.



The master suite features a king size bed with gel foam mattress, a good size walk in closet and a master bathroom with a double vanity and glass enclosed stand up shower. An extra wall mounted towel rack allows room for hanging those extra beach/pool towels and bathing suits up to dry. Bathroom is stocked with plenty of salon grade shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap and toilet paper to accommodate you for your stay. In an effort to reduce our plastic waste and help keep our oceans clean, we use refillable dispensers. This well appointed suite features a 58” smart tv, large dresser, two night stands with drawers for added storage that have access to plenty of outlets for all of your charging needs.



On the other side of the living room you’ll find two Queen bedrooms, each containing a comfortable gel foam mattress, two nightstands with drawers for added storage and ample outlets for your charging needs, as well large closets with closet organizers to easily hold your luggage and clothing. *Please Note* there are no tv’s in the queen bedrooms.



Next to the queen bedrooms you’ll find the second bathroom with large vanity and a shower/tub combination and large linen closet where you will find your bath towels. An extra wall mounted towel rack allows room for hanging those extra beach/pool towels and bathing suits up to dry. Bathroom is stocked with plenty of salon grade shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap and toilet paper to accommodate you for your stay.



Located off of the kitchen you’ll find the laundry room featuring new energy efficient large capacity washer and dryer, laundry soap, and dryer sheets provided for you to be able to freshen up your bath and beach towels as needed, as well as wash your own clothing so you can pack lighter and go home with clean clothes if you choose.



From the laundry room you will enter the fourth bedroom featuring custom built in twin bunks that can accommodate four people, as well as a built in curly slide for the kids! This room also has a 65” tv perfect for playing video games on with the PlayStation 5 or the Nintendo Switch equipped with a variety of games for all ages. There are four beanbag chairs that are a comfy spot for gaming on the tv or playing the board games stored in the entertainment console for loads of family fun and laughs. Chalkboards hung behind the door can be added fun for the little ones, chalk and chalkboard eraser located in the tv console. A large closet contains a clothes rack and storage for your clothing, as well as a pack and play and a high chair to accommodate any little ones along for the trip.



The backyard is accessible from either of the two sliding doors in the dining room. One leads to a covered patio complete with an 8-person dining table. Here you will also find a giant size Connect Four game, giant Jenga, a basketball game, badminton and light up Cornhole boards for plenty of entertainment on those days you just want to relax at home.



The other sliding door leads to a deck with plenty of natural shade from the wonderful oak tree overhead. Here you will find a counter height bistro set perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, as well as two comfortable egg chairs for added seating. Next to the oak tree you’ll find a custom built putting green complete with clubs and balls for even more fun! There is also a charcoal grill located on the side of the house. Follow the lighted pathway to the wonderful large pool that goes from 3’-6’ deep that has a built in color changing light that is great for if you want to take a nighttime swim. Pool is heated from November-March. Deck box located next to the pool has some pool floats and pool noodles. Pool deck is complete with pool towel rack, lounge chairs and umbrellas to relax under if you need a break from the sun. Next to the pool you’ll find a stoned in fire pit with hanging solar lights, perfect for enjoying those Florida evenings. Backyard is newly refreshed with artificial turf and 9 custom built putt putt holes spread out throughout the backyard.
