The open and inviting main living area features cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful lake views. Step outside onto the large deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake, or relax in the screened-in porch and take in the peaceful surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the large Weber grill makes outdoor cooking easy.

The path to the lake is steep and includes uneven/rocky terrain. It may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns, but the reward is beautiful lake access and unforgettable views.
Swimming and floating are encouraged, and the lake is a wonderful place to enjoy kayaking, boating and other water activities.
ABOUT THE LAKE
Lake Wallenpaupack is a seasonal lake, and water levels and dock access can vary throughout the year.
Spring: Lake levels are generally high. Docks are typically installed beginning in late April, but dock access before Memorial Day cannot be guaranteed.
Summer: The lake is typically at a high-water level. Weather conditions can occasionally affect access to dock walkways.
Fall: Water levels are generally lower and docks begin to be removed as the season progresses. Boat docking may still be possible while docks remain in place.
Winter: The lake typically freezes and ice fishing is popular. Access to the frozen lake is at your own risk.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked Utility Room in the basement.

This is a family-friendly, residential lake community and is not a party property.
Summer rentals from June 27 through Labor Day are Saturday-to-Saturday only.
At least 75% of adult guests must be age 30 or older, with an exception for children traveling with their parents.
The remaining 25% of adult guests must be 25 or older.
All reservations are required to sign a short-term rental agreement after the booking is accepted to comply with community requirements.
A Reservation Form must also be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Day guests are limited to 4 additional people beyond the maximum overnight occupancy.
Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles and boat trailers.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts and ashes properly.
No fireworks.
No firearms or discharge of firearms, including BB, air, pellet or paint guns.
Quiet hours are 11 PMโ8 AM. This is a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood. Voices carry at night, so please keep noise to a minimum, particularly when using the deck or firepit.

There is a hot tub on the property that is not available for guest use. A sign is posted on the unit. We kindly ask guests to respect the owners' decision and not attempt to use the hot tub.

Beautiful property! Had everything we needed for a great few days on the lake with the family. House was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Sunsets from the beach and dock were amazing.

Great property. House was CLEAN and well-appointed. Property was in a quiet, secluded area. Driveway can easily accommodate 3 cars and a boat trailer. There are beautiful views of the lake from multiple rooms. The screened in porch is a great place to relax out of the sun. The dock is large and the dock and swimming platform make for terrific swimming. The property is located near multiple restaurants and activities, and the neighborhood is subject to quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. The downstairs has multiple toys and games for the kids, as well as a TV. The spacious living room is a focal point. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. While the steps leading down to the dock were as advertised, we found we had no problem negotiating them multiple times each day. We were also impressed with how comfortable the beds were. Only negative comment we have is that the kayaks are next to the house and it is not feasible to carry them back and forth on the stairs leading down to the water.

First lake rental we've had without any damp or smelly spaces, closets, cabinets, drawers. Even the basement was completely dry and smell free, with really high ceilings. All spaces were well laid out and functional. Great deck with huge picnic table and large, clean proprane grill. When the weather wasn't good for outdoor dining, we used the picnic benches at the dining table to provide more seating. More unused / unlocked kitchen cabinet space than anywhere we've been. Loved the swimming platform which we weren't expecting. More than enough parking. Darn near perfect, only thing I would suggest is more small outdoor chairs to fit more people at the fire pit area.
