This working ranch offers a true country experience blended with comfort and charm. Relax and unwind with wide-open views, peaceful sunsets, and the quiet beauty of ranch life, creating the perfect setting to escape, recharge, and enjoy nature.

Sprawling on 150 acres, April Hill Ranch is the perfect ranch escape! Located less than 15 minutes from downtown Bellville, this property has a total of 3 homes - one of which is occupied by the owner.



Getting Around:

You will need your own transportation to get to and from the property.



Other Things to Note:

No children under the age of 12 years old.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



Pet Policy: No Pets



Owner lives on the property and will be available for any questions or experiences throughout your stay.



NO parties. Any events must be authorized and approved by the host. Overnight guests may not exceed the 8 guest count maximum.



Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $3,000 with an added fee of $59 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.



Interaction with Guests:

THIS IS A WORKING RANCH - Do not approach the animals. While they are not near the house, please do not roam the property. You may also see ranch hands working on the property - they will not have access to the home, or disturb you during your stay.
