I am very happy to have chosen this one. The environment is elegant and clean, the rooms are tidy, and the toilets have no unpleasant smells. I especially want to praise the staff for their attentive and thoughtful service. P.S. Since I lost my phone during the trip and all my travel records were gone, the owner helped me by lending their phone to make an international call and helped me retrieve all my travel bookings. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely come again next time.谢谢您们的帮助和热情周到的服务，入住非常满意，下次来北京还会继续选择。

Очень уютный камерный отель. Внутренний двор ухоженный, цветущий и чистый. Есть все необходимое. Прекрасный завтрак, традиционной кухни. Это сытно и вкусно.
Чистые номера. Но сердце этого отеля - радушная хозяйка и ее кошечки.
Рядом юниверсал. Вкусное кафе, магазинчик.
Здесь тихо. Близко к аэропорту. До центра 30 минут на такси.

Очень близко к Парку Юниверсал. Очень приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. В номере чисто, на территории есть уютный дворик, где можно посидеть. Не шумно, комфортно. Содержат котиков, милые рэгдол, очень ласковые.

I booked this homestay with my friend while on a business trip. The courtyard is beautiful, and you’re greeted by a strong floral scent as you walk in, with all kinds of flowers and green plants everywhere. There are also several lovely cats around. The rooms are fully‑equipped, clean and warm‑cozy. It’s really nice to sit outside at night. Many foreign guests stay here, and we had great chats. The breakfast is light and delicious. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and one dumpling restaurant is particularly good — I highly recommend it. Taxis are easy to get. It takes 10 minutes to reach the subway station and 10 minutes to the shopping mall. It’s very close to Universal Beijing Resort, and the host offers free shuttle buses. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Universal! Very comfortable and relaxing, I love it here 💕
