Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damage caused by the animal.
Hurricane and Tropical Storm Policy
Hurricanes and tropical storms can affect the Atlantic coast and may disrupt travel plans.
Reservations canceled before a storm makes landfall may not qualify for a refund under this property's cancellation terms. Forecasts can change significantly, and we cannot guarantee that a predicted storm will affect the property.
If a Category 1–5 hurricane makes landfall within 25 miles of the property, a refund may be provided for the day before landfall, the day of landfall, and the two days following landfall, calculated on a prorated basis based on the reservation dates and total rental amount.
Tropical storms do not qualify for a refund under this policy unless the property's electricity is out for more than 24 consecutive hours.
Additional days may qualify for a refund if roads or the surrounding area are officially impassable or closed, the property is damaged and unsafe for guests, and/or electricity remains unavailable.
