About this house rental

Welcome to our 1,600 sq ft two story carriage house in the heart of Old Town Alexandria! Our carriage house is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars as well as to the metro rail which provides easy access to the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, Washington DC and beyond. The carriage house is newly renovated and tastefully furnished with one large bedroom (king bed) which comfortably sleeps 2. The ground floor includes a fully equipped eat in kitchen and living space for enjoying coffee in the morning as well as a washer/dryer and easy access to your off-street parking. The top floor includes a large bedroom, a bathroom with glass enclosed shower and a large living room for relaxing. High-speed internet is also available for those who have work to do! This is a non-smoking, non-pet property. Maximum of two adult guests.
