The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building, built from a 19th century industrial complex.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine floor. It is a very spacious area that also has a dedicated workspace.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a complete bathroom.

￫ Living/Dining room
The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 2 people.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ Garage
The apartment offers a parking garage for 5EUR per day. The request must be done with at least 48 hours in advance. Access to the parking is via a narrow elevator (maximum height 1.90m).

Good to Know

- Ground floor unit, with windows opening directly to the street
- Sloped ceilings on the mezzanine: mind your head in some areas
- Stairs: bedroom on the mezzanine is accessed only by stairs
- Prone to humidity: due to its ground-floor location and limited ventilation (windows only in the living room and bathroom)

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Located between Avenida dos Aliados and Avenida da Boavista, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but close enough to all the tourist attractions in the city. Here you can experience the daily life of a true Porto native and be just a short metro ride away from the busiest and liveliest areas of the city, such as São Bento, Ribeira and Clérigos. With several shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by, this is the perfect neighborhood for an extended stay in Porto.

If you're arriving by plane from Porto Airport, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is by far the metro with a trip between the 25-30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Galiza) is just 5 minutes away from the apartment.

￫ Car
If you're travelling by car, have in mind that we offer one free parking spot.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Parking space available, subject to reservation and an extra fee of 5€/day.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
