Pueblo del Mar 9 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse that has it all! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife that this famous surf town has to offer, but step through the gates of this garden paradise and it's like you're in a different world. Want to spend the day shopping, surfing or hanging out on the beach? You've got it! Want a quiet day by the pool? No problem. This small complex set in a beautiful garden around the pool won't disappoint.
The space
The air conditioned main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Upstairs you'll find the 2 bedrooms, each with their own AC and the 1.5 baths. A desk, comfortable chair and strong wifi means that there's no better place for a working vacation. Our brand new 100Mbps fiber internet connection ensures fast speeds so working abroad is never an issue and the new Smart TV (Dec 2024) in the unit will let you log into your streaming accounts just like home if you feel like you want to stay in and chill.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a short or long stay because once you fall in love with this place, you won't want to leave. Have your morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds and if you're lucky, a family of monkeys will come by to hang out in the trees. Mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool, or in the shaded gazebo (with its own wifi), are our ticket to total relaxation.
The bank and grocery store are only a 2 minute walk and the entire town can be accessed without a car. If getting out of town for a day or 2 is in the plans, there are plenty of tours or car rental options available.
There are separate beach towels, so you never have to worry about having enough to wash the salt off at the end of the day.
The futon in the living room provides sleeping for 2 for a total of 6 guests.
