- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
- No parties or events
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No pets
- Please do not rearrange furniture
- Please turn the sauna off immediately after use
- No food, drinks or glass inside the sauna
- Guests must properly dispose of garbage and recycling
- Government-issued photo ID is required from the primary guest prior to arrival
- Outdoor security cameras are present for property and guest safety; there are no indoor cameras
- Please lock exterior doors whenever leaving the property
