Located approximately a 10-minute walk from Saphan Taksin BTS Station and Sathorn Pier, the home is a great base for families, groups, and friends who want to explore Bangkok without staying in the middle of the busiest tourist areas.

Your personalized door code will be sent approximately 24 hours before arrival and will become active at 3:00 PM on your check-in date.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on our cleaning and booking schedule. Additional charges may apply.

● Important: Thailand TM30 Registration
Thai immigration regulations require accommodation providers to register foreign guests.

To complete the required TM30 registration, we will ask guests to provide a clear photo of the passport information page before check-in. This information will be used for the required guest registration.

● A Local Bangkok Home

This is an older local Bangkok home rather than a modern hotel or luxury condominium, and we want guests to know what to expect before booking.

You may occasionally hear everyday neighborhood sounds, street activity, or neighbors going about their day. Cooking aromas from nearby homes may sometimes drift in.

The property has three floors, with somewhat steep stairs leading to the third floor. The third floor has wooden flooring, so footsteps upstairs may sometimes be heard from the floor below. We recommend that light sleepers bring or use the earplugs we provide.

These characteristics are part of staying in a traditional Bangkok neighborhood and can be a great fit for travelers looking for a more authentic local experience.

● Parking – Please Read Before Booking

We DO NOT provide car parking at the property.

Our home is located approximately 10 meters inside a small residential alley. Cars cannot drive directly to the house and must drop off/pick up at the entrance of the alley.

Please DO NOT park your car inside the alley. The car parking spaces you may see inside the alley are privately owned/paid designated spaces belonging to local residents and are NOT available for our guests.

Guests arriving by car will need to arrange public parking, which is very hard to find, or paid parking outside the alley. Parking availability is not guaranteed.

▪︎ Motorcycles are welcome. Motorcycles can enter the alley and may be parked directly in front of our house.

For getting around Bangkok, we recommend using the BTS Skytrain, river boats, taxis, or Grab.

▪︎ Long stays & housekeeping

Routine housekeeping is not automatically included during your stay. For longer reservations, we provide extra bed linens so guests may change their bedding themselves if desired, as well as basic cleaning supplies to help maintain the home.

If you would rather have our team take care of it, mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged for 1,500 THB per cleaning, subject to availability. This includes general cleaning and a change of bed linens and towels.

We provide a complimentary starter supply of household essentials, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo and body wash. For longer stays and larger groups, we try to leave a reasonable amount based on the reservation. However, these supplies are not replenished throughout the stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the provided amount has been used.
