Well equipped 3 bedroom 2.5 baths located in the Windward Harbor Bayfront community. Enter on the 2nd floor of Building A, into a spacious first floor entrance, with a private 1/2 bath, great room with kitchen, dining and living area overlooking the community pool, beautiful bay and sunset views. There is a covered deck off the great room for outdoor enjoyment. The 2nd floor features the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath with walk in stall shower and private open deck overlooking the pool area. Two more bedrooms with a queen bed and single futon mattress, and a set of twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The hallway has a full bath with tub/shower combo and a closet with a stackable washer /dryer set. Enjoy bay access on the community dock and use of a kayak boat for 2! One off street parking space and easy parking on 7th Street. Just a block from the recreation fields, playground, pickle ball, tennis and basketball court. 4 blocks from Avalon's north end beaches, and easy stroll to town center on 21st Street and Dune Drive.This condo association has a 2 weekend minimum requirement for rental leases.
